Festival Update Posted 27 October 2009
by Dan Hendra

Yes that's right folks only 17 more days until Circulation is here! And with it we have some exciting news to announce.

The crew have been working tirelessly to make this festival a memorable one with loads of exciting, interesting and good ol' fashioned colurfully fat things happening over the four days that is Circulation.

First, we are pleased to announce that we have nearly 20 circus Australasian instructors coming. That's a whole ship more than last year! This includes the creme of the crop from Aotearoa including Vinyl Burns, The Bling Bros from AK and the Twisty Twins! Not to mention from Melbourne the man behind the Melbourne Juggling Convention, Christian Parr, and the infamous Jamie Bretman. On top of this we have from Brisbane the colourful George Le Couteur and his partner in crime (and in mime and clowning) Daniel Gorski to name a few.

Aside from the instructors I am happy to announce we have sorted two freaken amazing chefs to conjure up fantastic feasts for us daily. For anyone who has been to Circulation before you will know these meals are more than just meals - they are like buffets of godlyness.

Finally, don't forget that we are running a ridiculously primo raffle throughout Circulation, with over $1500 worth of circus gear to give away - thanks to Home of Poi and Cosmic Corner!!! Tickets are only $2 and will be drawn on the Sunday night. There are all sorts of things in this raffle - a unicycle, fire gears, juggling clubs, a slackline (tightrope), hula hoops, a drum, and the list goes on...

So spread the news, Circulation is gonna be sizably choice. If you already have a ticket, then high five yourself, and if you haven't then I would suggest getting one soon as it'll probably sell out.
